Cameron Navarro

Cameron Navarro, LMSW, is a seasoned social work professional with extensive experience in program development, community engagement, and education. As the Founder and Lead Consultant of Pa'lante Consulting, LLC since September 2019, Cameron focuses on promoting racial justice, equity, and cultural relevance through tailored consulting and training services. Currently serving as an Adjunct Professor at Texas Christian University, Cameron is developing a Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction course aimed at social work and allied health majors. Previous roles include Collaborative Action & Qualitative Data Manager at Read Fort Worth and Academic Advisor at Texas Christian University, alongside internships involving program evaluation and data analysis. Cameron holds a Master's Degree in Social Work from Texas Christian University and a Bachelor of Arts in Religion from Southwestern University.
