Customer Success Manager at Bonterra

Nina Rhoades is an experienced professional in the human services field, currently serving as a Customer Success Manager at NGP VAN since June 2022, where Nina builds relationships with over 80 major progressive organizations and leads initiatives to enhance team processes. Previously, at The Arc of the Triangle, Nina supervised Individual Support Services, training and supporting over 40 direct care staff. Nina also worked as a Consultant and Coach at Koplin Consulting, leveraging expertise as a licensed therapist to guide mental health coaches, and served as a Child and Family Therapist at Carolina Pediatric Therapy, providing collaborative care for children and families. Prior roles include Care Coordinator and Primary Therapist at TranscendED and a Research Assistant focused on homelessness services at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. Nina holds a Master's degree in Social Work from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from Appalachian State University.
