Daniel Bittner

Daniel Bittner has a diverse work experience that spans over two decades. Daniel began their career in L'Oreal Venezuela as a Project Engineer and later became a Product Manager. Daniel then moved to L'Oreal Mexico as a Production Manager.

In 2003, they joined L'Oreal USA and held various roles including Logistics Manager, Logistics Director, Assistant Vice-President Market Supply Logistics, and eventually Vice President of Operations. During this time, they implemented several initiatives and had a significant impact on the lives of their employees.

In 2011, Daniel embarked on their entrepreneurial journey as the Owner and Managing Director of CONCEPT II in Miami. Daniel learned important lessons about cash flow management and letting go of detrimental team members.

In 2016, they took on the position of Executive Director at Propulso C.A. Although faced with significant challenges due to the country's crisis, they gained valuable experience in remote work.

Most recently, in 2020, Daniel founded Bonum Coaching with the mission to democratize coaching services in Latin America. Daniel aims to help professionals in the region develop their potential and become better individuals, managers, and leaders.

Additionally, Daniel was involved with the Degania Foundation in 2020, where they experienced the power of community and witnessed people going above and beyond to help others.

Overall, their work experience demonstrates their ability to adapt and lead in various industries, their entrepreneurial spirit, and their passion for making a positive impact on others.

Daniel Bittner's education history includes a Bachelor's degree from Moral y Luces, which they obtained from 1987 to 1992. Daniel then pursued a degree in Production Engineering from Universidad Simón Bolívar, where they studied from 1992 to 1998. Later, in 2001 to 2003, they attended the UCLA Anderson School of Management and earned an MBA with a focus on Business Administration and Management, General. Most recently, in 2021, Daniel participated in a fellowship program at Latitud.
