Lara Collins is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in talent management and organizational development. Currently serving as the Talent & People Director at Boohoo Group PLC since June 2021, Lara previously held several prominent roles at Arcadia Group Ltd from 2003 to April 2021, including Group Talent Director and HR Director for multiple brands. Key achievements include designing comprehensive learning strategies, developing internal talent management processes, and leading transformational change across the organization. Lara's earlier experience includes significant roles at Whitbread, where the focus was on implementing resourcing strategies to support aggressive growth plans. Lara holds a degree from the University of Hertfordshire and is a graduate of Monks Walk School.
