Said Elgraimy

Said Elgraimy is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in restaurant and hospitality management. Currently serving as the General Manager at Boojum since November 2019, Said has previously held similar roles at COSMO Restaurants Group and Starbucks, in addition to serving as Operations Manager at Costa Coffee. Notable early career positions include General Manager at Starbucks in Ireland and Manager at McDonald's. Throughout various roles, Said has demonstrated expertise in achieving customer satisfaction, staff training, operational excellence, and cost analysis. Said holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the International Institute of Higher Education and has studied English literature at Arts and Human Science University in Morocco.
