Tara Candelaria

Tara Candelaria is an experienced Editorial Coordinator at BookBaby, where communication between authors and book designers is facilitated to ensure quality content and customer satisfaction. Previously, Candelaria served as a Writing Consultant at the University of North Carolina Wilmington, mentoring students to enhance their writing skills, and held the position of Marketing Director for UNCWeekends, where promotional materials were designed and marketing strategies developed. Additional experience includes roles as a Crew Member at BookExpo, providing event support, and as an Academic Director's Assistant at Duke Young Writers Camp, assisting with program management. Candelaria holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Creative Writing from the University of North Carolina Wilmington and attended the Summer Publishing Institute at New York University.
