Tea Mertaniemi

Tea Mertaniemi has a diverse work experience in various industries and roles. They began their career as a Sales Associate at BESTSELLER from 2009 to 2011. They then worked as a Sales Promoter at Swoosh Marketing Oy from 2011 to 2012, where they were responsible for ensuring the visibility of Nestle's products and managing marketing campaigns.

Tea joined BESTSELLER again in 2012 and took on multiple roles. As an Office Associate, they deepened their skills in administrative tasks and maintained a high level of customer service. They also served as a Health and Safety Representative, ensuring safety in the workplace and providing employee training.

In 2018, Tea joined Siili Solutions as a Financial Assistant. They handled the invoicing process, managed project information, and performed financial administrative tasks. They gained proficiency in multitasking and prioritizing tasks under tight deadlines. Tea continued at Siili Solutions as a Service & UX Design Trainee from 2021 to 2021, gaining expertise in UX and service design through market research, user research, and data analysis.

Currently, Tea is working as a Marketing Coordinator at BookBeat, starting in 2022.

Tea Mertaniemi pursued their education from 1998 to 2010 at Vantaa Art School, where they studied Art/Art Studies, General. Later, from 2019 to 2023, they attended Aalto University and obtained a BSc and MSc degree in Economics and Business Administration.
