Ajay Kori

Ajay Kori is a seasoned entrepreneur and executive with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical, technology, and e-commerce sectors. As cofounder and Managing Director of Novilla Pharmaceuticals since April 2019, Kori has contributed to the development of a proprietary drug delivery mechanism aimed at reducing side effects and addiction risks. Kori also co-founded Allay Lamp, which utilizes a patented soothing light technology for neurological benefits, and UrbanStems, an online flower delivery service, serving NYC, DC, and nationwide. Additional roles include Board Member at Lighthouse Labs RVA and Bookclubs, and previous leadership positions at Quidsi Inc., Microsoft, and GlaxoSmithKline. Kori holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Psychology from Duke University.
