Heather Royce

Heather Royce is an experienced human resources executive currently serving as SVP of Human Resources at Booking Holdings since August 2013, where involvement includes leadership of the Women in Leadership Program. Prior roles at Booking Holdings encompass Vice President of HR and Director of Compensation, overseeing a global equity compensation program affecting employees in over 40 countries, as well as senior executive compensation. Prior to Booking Holdings, Heather worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers from September 2000 to August 2013 as a Tax Manager in the HRS Total Compensation practice, focusing on global equity plan design and executive compensation. Heather holds a BA in English and Philosophy from the University of Scranton and a Certified Equity Professional credential from Santa Clara University.
