Lenka Gericova

Lenka Gericova is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in internal auditing and risk management. Currently serving as Director of Internal Audit at Booking Holdings since June 2020, Lenka has held multiple managerial roles within the company, including Senior Manager and Manager of Internal Audit. Prior to this, Lenka was Head of Internal Control & Risk at The Student Hotel and worked as a Senior Internal Auditor at Booking.com and Slovenske elektrarne, a.s. (ENEL), where responsibilities included independent monitoring of internal control over financial reporting in compliance with Italian Savings Law. Lenka began a career in consulting at PwC, progressing from intern to Senior Consultant while contributing to various process optimization and auditing projects. Academic credentials include a Master's degree in Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law from Ekonomická univerzita v Bratislave.
