Thomas Nguyen-Phuoc

Thomas Nguyen-Phuoc, CPP, ABCP, serves as Regional Manager for the AMERICAS within Group Security & Resilience at Booking Holdings and Booking.com since October 2022, where responsibilities include liaising with various teams to implement global projects and managing incident response operations. Prior to this role, Thomas held the position of Manager of Corporate Security Operations at Xerox, overseeing due diligence investigations and emergency planning, and served as a Police Sergeant at Yale University, managing safety for numerous facilities and collaborating with federal and local agencies on security initiatives. Further experience includes serving as Public Safety Commissioner for the State of Connecticut, advocating for minority communities, and leading significant technological transitions in law enforcement practices. Thomas is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Crisis/Emergency/Disaster Management at Post University, with an expected completion date in December 2024.
