Yury Hannaleck has a wide range of work experience. Yury started their career in 2008 as an intern at ERCO Travels Pvt. Ltd., where they were a Travel Management & Operations Intern. In 2012, they were an Assistant to the Sales Director North America at the German National Tourist Office. In 2013, they were a Project Consultant Intern at BTE Tourism & Regional Consulting. In 2014, they were an Account Manager at Absolventa GmbH. In 2015, they were a Sales Associate at Hotel Beacons GmbH, a Mobile Check-In & Payments Solution Provider funded by HRS. In 2016, they were an Assistant Sales at Absolventa GmbH. In 2018, they were a Project Manager and Junior Project Manager (MICE) at Conference & Touring C&T. In 2021, they were an International Relocation Coach at HYMT and a Senior Sales Manager at bookingkit. In 2022, they became a Member at Pavilion.

Yury Hannaleck attended Ostfalia - University of Applied Sciences from 2019 to 2021, where they earned a Master of Business Administration - MBA in Sales & Distribution Management. From 2015 to 2017, they attended Toastmasters, although no degree was earned. From 2009 to 2013, they attended Breda University of Applied Sciences, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in International Tourism Destination Management & Consultancy. In 2012, they attended Boğaziçi University for a Semester Abroad in the Tourism Department.
