Michael Zielinski

Michael Zielinski has extensive experience in various roles, with their most recent role being the Chief Operating Officer at BookingKoala, LLC since October 2017. In this position, they oversee day-to-day operations, provides customer service, collaborates with the development and design team, and manages customer relations. Additionally, they conduct product testing, collaborates with the CTO and development team on bug resolutions, and estimates timelines for updates. Prior to this, they worked as an Assistant Manager at Nonna Silvia's Trattoria from October 2011, where they assessed training and scheduling needs, managed inventory, and filled in various roles as necessary. From September 2013 to December 2016, they served as an Assistant Manager at Red Top Valet, where they worked directly with employees to ensure customer satisfaction, provided comprehensive training, and organized employee scheduling.

Michael Zielinski attended Maine South High School from 2008 to 2012, where they earned their high school diploma. Following that, they pursued further education at Oakton College from 2012 to 2014 in the field of Business Administration and Management. In 2014, Michael enrolled at DePaul University for Business Management studies, where they completed their education in 2015.
