Jared Harless

Jared Harless is a seasoned product and technology executive with extensive experience in the education sector. Currently serving as Chief Product & Technology Officer at BookNook since May 2023, Jared previously held the position of Vice President of Product Strategy at Encoura, where significant achievements included launching two new Direct to Learner products and modernizing legacy systems. During a 17-year tenure at McGraw-Hill Education, Jared progressed through various roles, culminating as Vice President of the Custom Courseware Group, successfully growing the team and developing market-driven offers. Other notable positions included Executive Director and Director of Adaptive Learning Systems, where Jared increased sales and user engagement through innovative technology solutions. Jared earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and Management from Albion College.
