Paul Morgan-Bentley is an accomplished investigative journalist and author with extensive experience in print media. Currently serving as the Head of Investigations at The Times since January 2018, Paul specializes in undercover work and in-depth reporting, with notable investigations including the award-winning exposure of British Gas's practices regarding vulnerable customers. In March 2023, Paul published the non-fiction book, The Equal Parent, which explores gendered parenting roles and advocates for shared caregiving responsibilities. Previously, Paul held multiple roles at the Daily Mail, including Investigations Editor, where the unit received the Cudlipp Award and multiple nominations for the British Journalism Awards. Early career includes a reporting position at the Manchester Evening News in 2009.
