Celeine Easdon-Smith, MBA has over 25 years of experience in sales and business management. Celeine began their career in 1997 as a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative at Bayer Pharmaceuticals, where they were consistently promoted to higher levels of responsibility based on their sales accomplishments. Celeine then moved to Wyeth Pharmaceuticals in 2006, where they managed a large market share territory through the use of effective communications, relationship development and maintenance in addition to the consultative selling process to influence prescriber habits.

In 2011, Celeine Easdon-Smith, MBA took on two roles at Alfred University as the Director of Donor Development and Director of Major Gifts, as well as a Faculty Instructor role at Alfred State College - SUNY College of Technology. Celeine then became the Business Owner & Manager of Oz's B&B and The Freefall Oz Skydiving Center, where they oversaw administration and marketing for Adventure Travel Start-Up and regularly attended promotional Trade Shows to network and promote regional tourism.

In 2016, Celeine Easdon-Smith, MBA joined FullFunnel as a Business Development Specialist. Celeine then moved to CommentSold in 2021, where they held the roles of Key Account Representative and Sales Development Representative. Most recently, they joined Firework in 2022 as a Senior Sales Development Representative, where they work to give control back to publishers, businesses, retailers, and media buyers by providing an alternative to existing walled garden apps to engage consumers.

Celeine Easdon-Smith, MBA holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Pittsburgh Katz Graduate School of Business and a BS in Business and Marketing from Drexel University's LeBow College of Business.
