Jacob Munns

Jacob Munns has a diverse work experience. Jacob is the Founder and Partner of XL Equity, a holding company that manages various subsidiaries such as Boom AI, Boom Demand, and ERCbee™. Jacob has also served as the CEO of Boom AI, where they developed artificial intelligence-powered voice agents and services for contact centers. Additionally, Jacob is a Partner at ERCbee™, a company focused on helping business owners recover maximum ERC credit during the pandemic. Jacob is also the Founder of Boom Demand, a lead generation and customer acquisition company. Jacob has held leadership positions in other companies as well, including Perfect Pitch Technology, where they served as CEO and developed a call center suite with integrated audio technology. Prior to that, they were the President of Teleserve and Vice President and Co-Founder of TrueScribe.net. Currently, Jacob is a Silicon Slopes Ambassador.

Jacob Munns attended Brigham Young University from 1997 to 2001, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in American Studies with a minor in Business. Following this, they pursued further education at Thunderbird School of Global Management from 2003 to 2004, earning an MBA degree with a focus on International Business and Entrepreneurship.
