Megan is passionate about building brands by uncovering powerful insights and connecting with the hearts and minds of consumers and customers. Megan began her career at Procter & Gamble in marketing and sales leading billion-dollar brands like Crest and Oral-B, and she launched the global of expansion of Oral-B toothpaste Latin America, Europe and Asia. As General Manager of Brand Marketing at DISH Network, Megan developed breakthrough campaigns and go-to-marketing strategies including partnerships with Southwest Airlines and Apple. Most recently, Megan led brand strategy, insights and innovation consulting for Fortune 500 companies as a Senior Director at Egg Strategy. With a passion for development, Megan has also created and led training programs for leadership and professional skill development. Megan holds degrees in Marketing and Spanish for the Professions from the University of Colorado at Boulder. Megan and her family live in Denver and love traveling (41 countries and counting) and exploring the outdoors.
