Sherzil Shahjahan

Sherzil Shahjahan is a Business Resolution Manager at Boomi, focusing on crisis management in iPaaS software development since September 2022. Previously, Sherzil held various roles at Dell from August 2009 to July 2022, including Principal Engineer and Storage Advisor, specializing in SAN troubleshooting, implementation, and escalations. Sherzil also worked as a Storage Specialist at HP from October 2006 to July 2009 and as a Technical Solutions Consultant at Dell from June 2003 to August 2006, where contributions included customer experience coaching and escalation management. Sherzil completed a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Software Engineering from AMS Engineering College between 1998 and 2003 and obtained Class X certification from Indian High School, Dubai.
