Andrew Collins

Andrew Collins has extensive experience in law enforcement, currently serving on the CALEA Accreditation Team at Boone County Sheriff’s Office since April 2024 and having held various positions within Boone County Government, Missouri since March 2005. Collins specializes in talent acquisition, retention, and training for the Boone County Sheriff's Office while also serving as a firearms instructor. Previous roles include Patrol Sergeant, where Collins supervised deputies and mentored them in their skill development during evening and overnight shifts, and Patrol Deputy, where responses to a range of service calls were conducted. Additionally, Collins served as a Reserve Deputy, volunteering alongside certified deputies for public safety at special events. Collins holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Agriculture from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
