James Barnes

James Barnes is currently working at Boone County Government as an Application Development & Support Manager, with previous roles as a Senior Programmer Analyst for the county clerk and a Senior Programmer Analyst / Web Developer. Prior to their current position, James worked at the University of Missouri as a Senior Multimedia Specialist and Editor for distance education materials. James holds a B.A. in English from Missouri University of Science and Technology.
