Jonathan Schulte

Jonathan Schulte possesses extensive experience in the financial and real estate sectors, currently serving as a Building Inspector for Boone County Government in Missouri since June 2022. Jonathan's career began as a Margins and Options Consultant at Morgan Stanley, and Jonathan has since held various positions including Account Executive at Balboa Capital, Loan Officer at HSBC, Senior Loan Officer at American Trust Capital, and Mortgage Loan Officer roles at Veterans United Home Loans and Private National Mortgage Acceptance Company, LLC. In addition to their corporate roles, Jonathan has run a self-employed business, Schulte Leasing, focused on commercial equipment financing and leasing since November 2007. Jonathan holds a B.S. in Business Administration and Finance from Columbia College.
