Wayne W. Boos

Wayne Boos is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in managing and directing operations within various organizations. As Managing Director of Boos & Associates, a Professional Corp., since February 2004, Wayne has demonstrated leadership skills and industry knowledge. Wayne previously held a similar role at NV Media Group, LLC from March 2008 to December 2018, and served as Chief Financial Officer at LCM Farms, Inc. from June 2008 to January 2014. Prior to these positions, Wayne held senior roles at Deloitte & Touche as Tax Director from November 1994 to January 2004, and at Ernst & Young as Senior Tax Manager from September 1986 to November 1994. Wayne's career began as an Accountant at Ito Packing Co., Inc. from June 1979 to December 1986. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Accountancy and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (Accountancy) from California State University, Fresno, as well as an Associate degree in Accounting from Reedley College.
