David Grohmann

David has over 15 years of experience as a software engineer. Previously he worked at Bloomberg on Financial Applications, Instant Messaging, Data Management, Question Answering, Search, and most recently predicting investor sentiment from text (News & Twitter Sentiment). In his time there he developed full stack applications, learned and applied concepts of Information Retrieval, Natural Language Processing and Machine Learning. David received a BS in Computer Science from the University of Texas at Austin in 2007.
