Chad Chambers

Chad Chambers has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Chad is currently the Head of Organizational Excellence at Booth & Partners, a position they began in 2023. Prior to that, they served as the General Manager - North America at MVP Asia Pacific from 2020 to 2023, where they successfully implemented a Go-to-market Strategy and Business Development plan, resulting in a 40% increase in the overall client base.

From 2018 to 2020, Chad worked as the Vice President of Operations at TOA Global, where they managed the entire operations in the Philippines for a fast-scaling outsourcing company. During their tenure, the company experienced significant growth and had a workforce of 1500 employees across multiple offices.

Before joining TOA Global, Chad worked as a Product Manager at fino digital GmbH from 2017 to 2018. Prior to that, they held various roles at Collinson, including Director - Regional Service Delivery, Director of Technology, and Head of IT, where they provided strategic loyalty consulting to big brands in the Middle East, India, and South Africa.

Starting their career at Acxiom in 2000, Chad served as a Lead Technical Developer and later as a Database Developer until 2006. Chad then joined SAIC as an Oracle Database Administrator and later as a SAP BASIS Administrator / Oracle DBA. In 2008, they joined ABC Financial Services as a Data Warehouse Architect & Business Intelligence.

In addition, they obtained several certifications including "Apache Spark Essential Training" and "Machine Learning Essential Training: Value Estimations" from LinkedIn in November 2017 and June 2017 respectively. Chad also earned the "ITIL Foundation V3" certification in August 2015.
