Ian O'Rourke

Ian O'Rourke is a Project Engineer I at Booth & Associates, LLC since May 2019, specializing in the design of foundations for electrical substations and transmission lines, utilizing RISA and Lpile design software and AutoCAD for steel and concrete detailing. Ian began professional experience as a Staff Supervisor at University Towers from August 2016 to July 2018, initially preparing food for residents before being promoted. Additionally, Ian completed a research position at Duke University's Infectious Diseases Lab in June 2016, focusing on Cryptococcus Neoformans under Dr. Andrew Alspaugh. Ian holds a degree in Civil Engineering from North Carolina State University, earned in 2021.
