Maëlle Alsembach Ruiz

Maëlle Alsembach Ruiz is an experienced Project Manager and Customer Success Specialist at Booxi since March 2020. Previously, Maëlle held the position of Customer Implementation Manager at bpost from September 2017 to January 2020, where responsibilities included onboarding major e-commerce clients, implementing new products and services, and serving as the primary contact for customer needs. Additionally, Maëlle worked as a Process Owner, focusing on the improvement of operational processes in parcel distribution and managing projects for national parcel locker implementation. Maëlle holds a Master's degree in Business Engineering from Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management and participated in an exchange program at BI Norwegian Business School.
