Emma Thorén

Emma Thorén has a diverse work experience starting in 2014. Emma began their career as a Telemarketing Salesman at Online Fulfillment Sverige AB. In 2015, they worked as a Service Coordinator at SCAN COIN, where they handled customer requests and coordinated engineers for machine repairs. Emma also served as a Reviser of HTMLPHP courses at Blekinge Institute of Technology, grading student projects and exams.

In 2016, Emma worked as a Salesman at Elgiganten, specializing in cross-data telecommunication and computer sales. Emma then transitioned to the role of Student Project - Frontend Developer at Softhouse Consulting in 2017. During this time, they also served as a Consultant for Softhouse Consulting, working on various projects until 2020.

In 2018, Emma became a Styrelseledamot at Softhouse Nordic AB, where they served as a board member until 2020. Emma then joined Munkeby Systems AB as a Frontend Developer in 2021, before joining Boozt in 2022. At Boozt, they started as a Junior Frontend Developer and later transitioned into the role of Frontend Developer.

Emma Thorén started their education in 2011 at Thoren Innovation School, where they pursued a Technology program. Emma completed their studies there in 2014. Subsequently, from 2014 to 2017, Emma attended Blekinge Tekniska Högskola, specializing in Webb programming. Emma did not receive a degree from either institution. In addition to their formal education, Emma obtained the Fundamental Board Education certification from Executive People in April 2018. Emma also obtained the Certified ScrumMaster ® (CSM®) certification from Scrum Alliance in December 2020.
