Gabi Försterling

Gabi Försterling has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. In their most recent position at Boozt, they held the roles of Group ESG Controller and ESG Controller. They were responsible for identifying, collecting, analyzing, and reporting data on Boozt's impact and ESG performance. Prior to this, Gabi worked as a Financial Controller at Athlon Sweden. They also gained experience in sustainability reporting and benchmarking at the Fraunhofer Institute for Production Systems and Design Technology IPK. They held a scholarship at Universität der Künste Berlin and worked as a Project Assistant at Handicap International - Humanité & Inclusion. Gabi started their career as a Business Trainee at mirapodo GmbH and MYTOYS GROUP, where they gained experience in the Controlling and Buying departments. Gabi Försterling completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in a company-linked study program at The Berlin School of Economics and Law from 2013 to 2016. Following this, they pursued a Master of Arts (MA) degree in European Studies and Economics at the European-University Viadrina from 2017 to 2020. In 2018, they also participated in an exchange semester focusing on Sustainable Development at Sciences Po Lille. In 2020, Gabi Försterling further expanded their education by studying Swedish as a Foreign Language at Lund University.
