Sima Kučinskaitė Melnikė

Sima Kučinskaitė Melnikė has extensive work experience in various roles. In 2013, they started working at UAB Bonatus as a Manager, where they handled sales, administration, and event organization. Sima then became a Commercial Manager, focusing on advertising services, finding partners, and implementing a bonus system to increase sales and customer loyalty.

In 2015, Sima joined Telia Lietuva as a Customer Service Manager, providing call center services, consulting, and problem-solving for business customers. Sima later became a Sales Assistant, organizing events, managing customer contracts, and providing consultation services. Sima then transitioned to become a B2B Sales Support team leader, working on the organization and efficiency of the fixed internet service activation team and collaborating with B2B sales teams. Finally, they became a B2B Telemarketing team leader, responsible for achieving sales goals, organizing sales team work, and motivating employees.

In 2019, Sima joined Vilnius CODING School as the Head of career center. Their responsibilities included coordinating career centers in foreign units, representing the school in public communication, and developing research projects with Vilnius University and IT companies.

In 2021, Sima joined Boozt and Boozt Technology Baltics as an IT Recruiter. Their role involves sourcing and recruiting IT professionals for the companies.

Sima Kučinskaitė Melnikė holds a Master's degree in Environmental Management from Vilnius University. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Front End HTML & CSS basics from Vilnius CODING School in January 2021, and General and Spoken English at Level B2.2 from KALBA - edukacinės rinkos lyderis in June 2020, as well as at Level B2.1 from the same institution in May 2019.
