Michael Nerenberg

Michael Nerenberg is a seasoned real estate attorney with extensive experience in both commercial and residential real estate transactions. Currently serving as a Senior Partner at Borah, Goldstein, Altschuler, Nahins & Goidel, P.C. since February 2023, Michael represents buyers and sellers, negotiates commercial leases, and advocates for boards of cooperative and condominium apartment units throughout the greater New York City area. Prior roles include Partner and Senior Associate at the same firm, as well as positions as an Associate at Gorlick, Kravitz, & Listhaus, P.C. and Staff Attorney at Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP. Additionally, Michael has gained valuable experience as a Mediator with the NYC Department of Consumer Affairs and as a Law Clerk with Brooklyn Legal Services Corporation. Michael holds a Juris Doctorate from Brooklyn Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from The George Washington University.
