Sarah Fiona Phillips

Sarah Fiona Phillips, Esq. is a Partner at Borah, Goldstein, Altschuler, Nahins & Goidel, P.C., where Sarah Fiona specializes as a Real Estate Attorney representing property owners in OATH/ECB hearings and criminal summons court since August 2017. With a strong background in representing property owners, Sarah transitioned from a successful career in City government, including roles as an Associate at Rosenberg & Estis and as an Agency Attorney at the NYC Department of Buildings, where Sarah Fiona prosecuted Building Code and Zoning Resolution cases. Sarah also served as the 2nd Vice President of the Civil Service Bar Association, where Sarah Fiona advocated for NYC agency attorneys. An alumnus of University at Buffalo School of Law with a JD, Sarah also holds a BA in Political Science and Religion from Barnard College and a diploma cum laude from Groton School.
