Elizabeth Tray is currently working as a Fisheries Conservation Officer at Bord Iascaigh Mhara - Ireland's Seafood Development Agency. Prior to this, Tray was the Team Lead Data Reporting & Coordination for MSFD and MSP Policy at Marine Institute. Tray's background includes roles such as a Research Assistant at GMIT, Ecologist on a Cold-water Coral Cruise, a Colorado Parks And Wildlife Seasonal Technician, and a Wildlife Biologist Intern at U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service. Tray holds a Master’s Degree in Environmental Science from Trinity College Dublin, and a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Ecology and Environmental Biology from Appalachian State University, with a semester study abroad in Conservation Biology at Stellenbosch University.
