Kari Harwood

Kari Harwood has held various roles in the banking industry, progressing from Customer Service Representative to their current position as Senior Vice President at Border Bank. At Border Bank, Kari is responsible for developing learning and development plans for department employees and overseeing program administration for Retail Bank Branches. Prior to their current role, Kari held positions at Bell Bank and Alerus, gaining extensive experience in management and customer service. Kari holds a BA in Business Management and Spanish from Concordia College.
