Yancy Perez has extensive experience in restaurant and hospitality management, currently serving as the Regional Operations Manager at Border Grill since July 2018. Previous roles include General Manager at B&B Hospitality Group, where management of a 300+ seat fine dining Italian Steakhouse was successfully conducted, and Asst. General Manager at Therapy, where significant reductions in beverage inventory and costs were achieved alongside business growth through creative marketing. Earlier in the career, Yancy held various managerial and culinary positions, demonstrating expertise in operations, team leadership, staff training, and financial management across multiple high-profile establishments. Yancy holds an Associate degree in Culinary Arts and Restaurant Management from the College of Southern Nevada.
