Dr. Constanze Trautwein

Dr. Constanze Trautwein currently serves as the Chief Product Officer and Co-Founder at ImpactNexus since January 2021. Alongside this role, Dr. Trautwein has been a Research Fellow and Senior Project Manager at the Borderstep Institute for Innovation and Sustainability gGmbH since February 2017. Prior positions include Manager of Business Model Development and Scaling at Acker.co, and various roles at Deutsche Bahn, including Manager of Business Development for Western Europe and Assistant to a Member of the Management Board. Dr. Trautwein also has experience with the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit, working on a sustainability management tool. Dr. Trautwein holds a PhD focused on the sustainability impact of start-ups from Carl von Ossietzky University of Oldenburg, and a Master's degree in International Business from FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg, complemented by academic experience at Universidad de Alcalá.
