Tim Grothey

Tim Grothey is a skilled researcher at the Borderstep Institute for Innovation and Sustainability, focusing on digitalization and sustainability, as well as sustainable entrepreneurship since July 2020. Previous experience includes roles as a tutor and mathematical and physics instructor at Jugendfreizeiteinrichtung Die Lynar, and as a tutor for sustainable business practices at Hochschule für Wirtschaft und Recht Berlin. Tim Grothey has also completed internships at IFOK GmbH and Ingenieure ohne Grenzen e.V., dealing with mobility, energy, and project management in the context of sustainability. Academically, Tim Grothey holds a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering with a focus on energy and environmental resources from Berlin University of Applied Sciences, a Bachelor of Engineering in International Business and Technology, and participated in an exchange semester at Universidad de Valparaíso, Chile.
