David Sutton

David Sutton is an experienced professional in strategic partnerships and business development, currently serving as the Strategic Partnerships and Business Development Manager at Bord na Móna since July 2024. Prior to this role, David held various positions at CRH from 2019 to August 2024, including Vice President Strategy and Group Performance & Special Projects Manager. David has also contributed to Engineers Ireland as Chairperson of the Energy, Environment and Climate Action Committee from September 2017 to September 2019 and served as Associate Director at Grant Thornton Ireland, leading the Energy & Utilities consulting division. Additional experience includes roles as Senior Management Consultant at MI-GSO | PCUBED and Engineer at RPS UK & Republic of Ireland. David holds an Executive MBA from UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School and a Bachelor of Engineering from the University of Galway, along with a Diploma in Leadership for Change Management from the Institute of Commercial Management.
