Reza Soltanzadeh is the Founder & CEO of Borealis Foods, a food technology company developing sustainable, affordable, plant-based and highly nutritious functional foods. Reza is also the Founder & CEO of Palmetto Gourmet Foods, an ESG compliant food company producing plant-based instant ramen noodles. In addition, Reza is a Partner at Z Ventures and previously served as CEO at IIIC Investment Group. Reza holds a Doctor of Medicine degree from Manipal Academy of Higher Education.
