N. Janice Essien, MS, SHRM-CP, PHR, ACC has a strong background in human resources and people management. N. Janice is currently serving as the Director of People and Culture at Borealis Philanthropy. Prior to that, they were the Chief of People Operations and Culture at Movement Voter Project and served as the Director of Human Resources at FWD.us.
