Vedasamhita Makireddi

Vedasamhita Makireddi has a diverse work experience that includes founding their own organization, Ameya Initiates, and serving as a research member at The New York Academy of Sciences. Vedasamhita has also worked as a business assistant at Pensmokers Publication and served as the president of the Photography and Dance Club at Capture. Vedasamhita has been involved with Young Leaders for Active Citizenship (YLAC) as a Counter Speech Fellow, where they engaged with selected themes and developed leadership and communication skills. Vedasamhita has also interned at Yuvaa, where they marketed online workshops, promoted programs, implemented campaign efficiency, and supported the creation of a pan-India youth-led coalition. Vedasamhita founded Vorfreude Organization, served as the Director of Social Justice at Bored of Boredom, and was a Super Teen Council Member at Nova. Vedasamhita was also the president of Vorfreude at Bifröst EdTech.

Vedasamhita Makireddi attended Bishop Cotton Girls' School in India from 2022 to 2024. Prior to that, they studied at HAL Gnanajyoti School from 2012 to 2022. In 2019 and 2020, Vedasamhita Makireddi enrolled in a photography short-term course at the Indian Institute of Photography.
