Linda Inkinen

Linda Inkinen is an Associate in the M&A team at Borenius, where expertise is provided to domestic and international clients on mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, and general corporate law matters since August 2020. Prior experience includes roles as a Thesis Trainee and Associate Trainee concentrating on M&A, and a Senior Trainee at Castrén & Snellman. Linda has also served as a Summer Legal Intern and Legal Trainee across various firms, including Asianajotoimisto Hyvärinen & Pääkkö Oy and Lexia Attorneys. Linda holds a Master of Laws from the University of Turku and a Bachelor's degree in Law from the same institution, along with ongoing studies in Politics, Media, and Communication at the University of Helsinki.
