Marcia Gibson

Marcia Gibson has over 30 years of work experience in various leadership roles in the manufacturing and construction industry. Marcia most recently served as the COO at Borgert Products, Inc. Prior to that, they worked at Hedberg Supply where they held positions such as Branch and Facilities Manager and Chief Sales Officer. Before that, they were the General Manager at Oldcastle Precast and Oldcastle, where they managed multiple facilities and supervised a large staff. Additionally, Marcia has experience as a Regional President and Regional Home Center Manager at Oldcastle. Marcia began their career as the National Sales Manager at Anchor Wall Systems. Throughout their career, Marcia has demonstrated their ability to manage operations, negotiate contracts, and develop strategic plans.

Marcia Gibson attended the University of Phoenix starting in 2002, but it is not known whether they completed a degree or pursued a specific field of study.
