Ritesh Vats

Ritesh Vats is an experienced professional with a strong background in operations, program management, and manufacturing. Currently serving as the Deputy Plant Manager at BorgWarner’s Manesar Plant since January 2021, Ritesh previously held various leadership roles at BorgWarner Emissions Systems India, including Head of Program Management and Head of Manufacturing, where responsibilities included overseeing production activities and managing P&L metrics. Prior experience includes managing the Furnace Department at PN-NJ Industries Pvt. Ltd. and serving as a Project Engineer at Molsieve Designs Ltd. Ritesh holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering from the University of Mumbai, completed in 2001.
