Tania Wingfield

Tania Wingfield is an accomplished executive in the automotive industry, currently serving as Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resource Officer at BorgWarner since November 2015. Tania has held various leadership roles within the company, including Vice President General Manager for North American Aftermarket, Vice President and Integration Champion, and Vice President of Engineering, where responsibilities included overseeing engineering for PowerDrive Systems. Prior to BorgWarner, Tania spent two decades at Remy International in roles such as Vice President of Product Line Marketing and Strategic Planning, managing product lines and strategic planning processes. Tania holds a degree in Computer Science with a focus on Management Information Systems and Services from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, earned between 1984 and 1988.
