Ruben Israel Alcalde Escribano has a diverse work experience in the field of software engineering.

Ruben Israel is currently working as a Senior Software Engineer at Borneo since September 2022.

Prior to this, they worked at Pridatect from October 2017 to September 2022, where they held the roles of Senior Software Engineer and CTO. As the CTO, they developed a B2B GDPR management platform from scratch, implemented the architecture in AWS, and created the MVP using technologies such as Symfony, MySql, Redis, and PHP7. Ruben Israel also managed queue processes with DynamoDB.

From 2016 to 2017, Ruben worked as a PHP Team Lead and Python developer at Pricesoft.net and Viajaris.es. In 2015, they were a Senior PHP Developer at FloraQueen, where they developed new features using FuelPHP, MySql, and CouchDB.

From 2013 to 2015, Ruben worked as a Senior PHP Developer at wiprojects.net, where they were responsible for the integration of the flights section with an API implementation at Backend. Prior to that, from 2010 to 2013, they were a Senior PHP/JAVA programmer and Facebook/Game developer at wiprojects.net, where they developed social games for Facebook and integrated them using Facebook API and CakePHP framework.

In 2010, Ruben worked as a Senior programmer at Tsico for a brief period and then moved on to Portalmix, where they worked as a PHP Senior programmer from 2009 to 2010, contributing to the development of web platforms.

Their earliest experience includes working as a Java programmer at T-Systems from 2007 to 2009, where they undertook various support and development projects, including the development of data synchronization plugins for different applications.

Ruben Israel Alcalde Escribano pursued their higher education from 2002 to 2010 at the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya. During this period, they successfully completed a degree in Informática and obtained an Ingeniería Superior.
