Jennifer M Burrows

Jennifer M Burrows has held various roles in the financial services and technology industries over the past two decades. Jennifer M began their career in 2002 as an Account Executive at ABN AMRO Asset Management, where they led the sales and client service effort of money market funds to Fortune 500 Companies. In 2004, they moved to Born Capital as a Consultant, Marketing and Sales Project Manager. Jennifer M then joined Draftfcb in 2005 as an Account Executive, where they managed the development and execution of online and direct marketing programs for a multi-billion dollar asset management client and multiple non-profit clients. In 2006, they took on the role of Associate Director, Exchange Traded Derivatives at UBS Securities. In 2009, they joined Trading Technologies as a Service Manager, leading a Technical Services Group and managing telecom vendor relationships. Jennifer M was promoted to Director, Global Client Onboarding in the same company, where they earned multiple promotions during their 10-year tenure. Jennifer M was responsible for directing a 10-person global team accountable for onboarding financial-services clients and new services to the company's SaaS platform. In 2021, they moved to LYLA (fka Errand Solutions) as VP of Client Success, where they helped clients' employees with the balance of their home and work lives through cutting-edge technology and a dedicated mobile app. Most recently, they joined BornTec as Vice President of Customer Success in 2022.
