Nicholas Chan

Nicholas Chan's work experience includes a role as a UX Research Consultant at Borrowell starting in May 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior User Experience Researcher at Borrowell from March 2023 to April 2023. Before joining Borrowell, Nicholas worked as a UX Researcher at McAfee from June 2022 to February 2023. Nicholas also gained experience as a User Experience Researcher at Cognisage from August 2021 to May 2022. Nicholas started their career as a UX Research Intern at McAfee from May 2020 to August 2021. Before that, they worked as a UX Researcher at Bookable Spaces from January 2019 to December 2020. Nicholas' early experience includes working as an E-learning Developer at Cognisage from November 2017 to December 2020.

Nicholas Chan holds an Honours Bachelor of Design (BDES) degree in User Experience Design from Wilfrid Laurier University. In June 2019, they also obtained a certification as an Adobe Captivate Specialist from Adobe Captivate.
