Lori McGuire

Lori McGuire is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources at Fiserv since July 2019. Prior to this role, Lori has spent over two decades at First Data Corporation, holding various positions including Director of Human Resources, where responsibilities encompassed workforce transformation initiatives, managing HR teams, resolving employee relations issues, and developing HR process efficiencies. Lori has also contributed to Borsheims Fine Jewelry & Gifts since 1989, focusing on employee hiring and relations. An alumna of the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, Lori holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Speech Communications.
