Serdar Birlikci

Serdar Birlikci has a strong work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Serdar is currently serving as the Executive VP - Chief Digital & Technology Officer at Borusan Mannesmann since 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Groupama Sigorta & Groupama Hayat A.Ş from 2019 to 2022 as the VP CIO & Digital Head. Before that, they had an extensive tenure at PepsiCo, where they held various positions including CIO / Global Agile Transformation Lead / Europe Innovation Lead / Global Digital Readiness Prg. from 2012 to 2019 and IT Manager from 2009 to 2012. Serdar also has experience as a Founder at MNTS - Mobile Net Technology Services, where they led the startup to deliver mobile solutions and technology for the TelCo sector. Serdar started their career at Ericsson, where they held several IT management roles from 1997 to 2003. Serdar began their career at Microsoft as an IT Support Specialist from 1995 to 1996.

Serdar Birlikci completed an MBA in Business Administration from Sabanci University with a GPA of 3.7/4 in the years 2000-2001. Serdar holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Hacettepe University with a GPA of 3.4/4, obtained between 1991-1995. Serdar Birlikci completed their high school education at Kadikoy Anatolia High School - College, specializing in Mathematics, with a GPA of 9.5/10 from 1984-1991. In addition, they obtained a certification in Business Relationship Management from BRMi in 2018.
